Snow Crystal Photos. We have seen some beautiful photos of snowflakes in past, and here we have some more which we found equally interesting. These are the photos of real snow crystals that fell to earth in Northern Ontario, Alaska, Vermont, the Michigan Upper Peninsula, and the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California. Kenneth G. Libbrecht using a specially designed snowflake photomicroscope took these images. Here is the rest of the - Gallery I | Gallery II| Gallery III.

Ceiling Art.Spanish artist Miquel Barcelo was commissioned to create the ceiling painting at the European headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. The art installation looks like multi-colored stalactite forms that appear to be dripping from the ceiling. Here are some more photos and info.

Late last year Vinography pointed out that now is a very good time to invest in wine. Three months later, their point is still true….While the wine industry has trailed the general market malaise and the dive has not been as precipitous, things are tough right now in the world of wine. And the more expensive the wine, the tougher things are.Whether you’re actually investing (and I’m not giving investment advice here) or just looking for good buys, this is the time. Today is the day to fill your cellar….
